By Shane Lee
This article is about the A(H1N1) and airfares. You can find some useful information in it if you are booking your China flights now. (you can get more New York,Los Angeles,San Francisco, Chicago flights and airfares info at Travel2ChinaInfo Dot COM)
Now the A(H1N1) has greatly impacted the airfares in China. You can find very good flight deals both on the domestic flights and international flights. For the domestic flights in China, the price for the Urumqi-Wuhan airline is only 740 rmb (70% off). Urumqi-Xian: 370 rmb. Urumqi-Lanzhou:290 rmb. This is a very good news for the tourists. :-)
Currently, the airlines from Urumqi to other Chinese cities are doing the "70% off for morning flights, 75% off for night fights" promotions. These prices are much higher before the A(H1N1) event. "Now the big discount flight deals are mainly given to the flights to Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu. There are reported A(H1N1) cases in these cities. If you are planning your vacations recently, it is a very good time to book your flight tickets now. You can get 70% off flight deals for Urumqi-Chengdu airline and the round-trip will only cost you 1300 rmb. For the vacation package to Chengdu, it is only about 2600 rmb. Much cheaper than it used to be." a travel agency manager said.
From April,2009, China Southern Airlines Company Limited is selling their flight tickets at 65% to 70% off. You can get the tickets from Urumqi to Beijing at only 770 rmb. Sometimes it is only 650 rmb. For their airlines from Urumqi to Guangzhou, the price is about 50% off.
From May,2009, many international airline companies began their big promotions on the tickets of the international airlines. The airfare is now at the lowest level in the recent 3 years. The Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. is now offering the round trip tickets ( from Shanghai to London
and from Shanghai to Manchester ) at only 5900 rmb. Before the A(H1N1) event, the lowest airfare you can get for this airline is 6500 rmb. The China Southern Airlines Comapny Limited is also selling the air tickets at a incredible low airfare. You only need to pay 3800 rmb for the flight from Shanghai to Amsterdam (the capital of Netherlands). It was 4500 rmb before the A(H1N1) event. For the flights from China to other American cities like New York,Los Angeles,San Francisco, Chicago, the airfares are very low too.
