A(h1n1)'s Impact To The Flights And Airfares

Now the A(H1N1) has greatly impacted the airfares in China. You can find very good flight deals both on the domestic flights and international flights. For the domestic flights in China, the price for the Urumqi-Wuhan airline is only 740 rmb (70% off). Urumqi-Xian: 370 rmb. Urumqi-Lanzhou:290 rmb. This is a very good news for the tourists. :-)

From May,2009, many international airline companies began their big promotions on the tickets of the international airlines. The airfare is now at the lowest level in the recent 3 years. The Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. is now offering the round trip tickets ( from Shanghai to London

 

and from Shanghai to Manchester ) at only 5900 rmb. Before the A(H1N1) event, the lowest airfare you can get for this airline is 6500 rmb. The China Southern Airlines Comapny Limited is also selling the air tickets at a incredible low airfare. You only need to pay 3800 rmb for the flight from Shanghai to Amsterdam (the capital of Netherlands). It was 4500 rmb before the A(H1N1) event. For the flights from China to other American cities like New York,Los Angeles,San Francisco, Chicago, the airfares are very low too. The current A(H1N1) situation in China (by 2009-06-28) :

Another 51 new cases of A/H1N1 fluwere confirmed on the Chinese mainland in the 24 hours ending 6 p.m. Sunday, bringing the country's total to 729, but no fatality has been reported. Nineteen new cases were confirmed in coastal Guangdong Province, and eight each for Beijing and Shanghai, according to a news bulletin posted on the Web site of the Health Ministry. Provinces of Fujian and Jilin and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region each reported three new cases, provinces of Jiangsu and Shandong each reported two. Zhejiang, Henan and Hunan provinces each had one, it said. Among the patients, 401 have been discharged from hospitals, 314 were being treated in hospitals and 14 were receiving medical care at their homes.
